I have been with State Farm for at least 15 years. I talk to Traci Sedlock on a monthly basis. She is very helpful and makes paying my bill very easy over the phone. She is always polite and in good spirits. I always have a great experience working with Traci!

I’ve been a long-standing customer of State Farm for many many years and there’s one agent in particular that is stood out to me through the years and that is *Traci Sedlock* She follows up with me when I ask her to & even when I don’t ask her to. There will be a few/several times a year that Tracy, reminds me/Informs me of pertinent info. I am in such great hands with State Farm and Ms. Tracy SEDLOCK. She is to our family valuable mostly because she cares. She is very “with it” & makes sure even the smallest thing does not fall through the cracks. She knows exactly what she’s doing plus more. She Always gives me the truth & I value her opinion and her industry knowledge. I would highly recommend this particular, State Farm. They have been protecting me and my families, assets and managing my liabilities for 10+ years & from 100’s ++++ of miles away. Tracy’s service comes at a small price to pay for feeling and knowing that I am in good hands. Like a good friend, Tracy is always there. ;)
